CURRENTS New Media is Santa Fe, New Mexico’s annual art + technology exhibition. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are presenting an entirely-online show this year: CURRENTS Virtual 2020. Although we will miss the sense of community that our in-person festival provides, we are beyond excited to make our 11th annual festival accessible to a worldwide audience.
CURRENTS is a non-profit organization committed to providing immersive and expansive digital and electronic art experiences. In addition to our annual festival, we also have a year-round gallery space on Canyon Road in Santa Fe that hosts 3 shows per year as well pop-up events and performances. We host two internship programs every summer for youth and adults in conjunction with the festival and our annual call for submissions is open to the public. This year, we launched CURRENTS Conduit, a blog providing weekly artist interview, studio tours, livestreams and more.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CURRENTS New Media relies on donations from our generous community. We accept donations through Paypal and subscription to our Patreon.
